Scott v Gavigan (2016)
A pedestrian was injured when he took the decision to cross the road, across the path of a moped rider coming the other way and who was travelling at the speed limit. Buck v Ainslie & Anor [2017] CSOH 73
A driver collides with a pedestrian who suddenly steps out in front of her vehicle giving her no time to react. The driver (Ainslie) only noticed Buck when his white trainers reflected in the car headlights.
